What do I receive as part of the Constructor Program?
You’ll receive two humanoid robots delivered in 18–24 months, access to our development pipeline, participation in technical reviews, and the ability to collaborate directly with our engineers on your own trained “Personas” (i.e., robotic behavior modules tailored to your operations).
Is the retainer fee a purchase or investment?
This is a non-refundable retainer, not a robot purchase or equity investment. It grants prioritized collaboration, early delivery, and rights to deploy Persona AI’s hardware and trained behaviors under license.
Why only two robots?
Each client receives two pre-commercial units to begin internal testing, integration planning, and workforce alignment ahead of full-scale deployment. These are not prototypes; they are pre-series models with industrial-grade readiness.
What happens after the initial delivery?
You’ll be first in line when full-scale production begins. As a Constructor Partner, you’ll have the option to expand rapidly with reduced lead times and seamless Persona OS updates.
Can we customize the robots for our use cases?
Yes. That’s core to the program. We’ll work with your team to define and train robotic Personas (e.g., welder, assembler, inspector) using your specific workflow, environment, and performance criteria.
Who retains the IP?
Persona AI maintains full ownership of all hardware, software, and behavioral models. As a partner, you’ll receive a perpetual license to operate the delivered robots and trained Personas within your organization.
How many Constructor Partners will you accept?
We are only accepting 4 to 5 partners in this phase to maintain engineering quality and collaboration depth. Acceptance is based on strategic alignment, technical readiness, and scale potential.
Can we share our involvement publicly?
Upon mutual agreement, yes. Some clients prefer confidentiality due to defense, infrastructure, or competitive considerations. Others leverage public participation to signal innovation leadership.
What if our organization needs more than two units right away?
Let’s talk. If your use case requires broader deployment, we could explore a phased rollout with multiple waves of delivery post-pilot, coordinated with your operational roadmap.
Are there different levels of participation?
Yes. While pricing is not public, tiers are based on complexity and support requirements. We refer to these tiers as Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Constructor.
